Human Resource Management is always an important issue for employees in local governments. Having in mind transferred responsibilities to local level, it is necessary to strengthen the existing capacities in the municipalities/towns with additional knowledge and training; and to attract new, younger staff. This training is focused on understanding the importance of dealing with employees in the municipal/town administration, since they are the key link of the efficient functioning of LSG.
Main topics of the training are: a systemic approach to human resource management; planning needs for human resources; attraction and selection of employees; and monitoring of the achievements of employees.
The training is intended for heads of LSG; heads of different departments; and other employees in the LSG.
