Local self-government, members of the General Association of Entrepreneurs of Leskovac, the companies, employees in the business sector, unemployed people, and all citizens.

Planned results

1. Local self-government representatives (of ALER) trained to provide concrete assistance to the SME sector
2. Educated employees of ALER apply their knowledge through the preparation of necessary documents to members of the General Association of Entrepreneurs
3. Representatives of SMEs obtained new knowledge for the use of positive business opportunities in the market
4. Trained staff of ALER prepared the necessary documentation for entrepreneurs selected at the competition
5. The city developed a method of continuous communication and assistance to SMEs
