CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR MUNCIPAL SUPPORT PACKAGES

3rd Call for Proposals for
Muncipal support packages

Reference 07SER01/02/51

Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities is seeking proposals for projects for provision of Municipal Service Packages (MSP). Municipal service packages are part of Exchange 3 Programme that is financed by the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia.

 

MSP is not a financial support, but direct technical assistance to be delivered on Key Priority Areas to the selected municipalities and towns. The support packages are demand-driven, targeted at actual priorities and needs of local self governments units.

 

Sectors/themes for operation include following Key Priority Areas (KPAs):

  1. Urban Planning and Management
  2. Local Economic Sustainable Development
  3. Human Resources Development and Management
  4. Municipal Budget Management
  5. Property Management,
  6. Services to Citizens

 

WHO MAY APPLY?
In order to be eligible for a grant, applicants must be a town, municipality or city municipality of Republic of Serbia and that has not received support in the form of MSP packages under the Exchange 3
Applicants may act individually or in consortium with Partner organisations. The following organizations are eligible as partners:

  1. Other  town, municipality or city municipality of Republic of Serbia
  2. Institutions and organizations fully / partially financed from the budget of the Republic of Serbia / municipal budget and working on the territory of the applicant town / municipality
  3. Non-for-profit organizations registered in the Republic of Serbia

The deadline for the receipt of applications is 28 December 2011. at 15.00.

 

Open Info-days for consultations with potential applicants are 24.november and 1.december 2011, in period 10 AM-16 PM, in SCTM premises, Makedonska 22, XI floor.

  2. Institutions and organizations fully / partially financed from the budget of the Republic of Serbia / municipal budget and working on the territory of the applicant town / municipality
  3. Non-for-profit organizations registered in the Republic of Serbia
